Course Level: Undergraduate

Duration: Three or Four years / 6 or 8 Semesters with multiple entry and exit.

Multiple Entry / Exit / Re- entry options

The following option will be made available to the students joining BCA Research Program:

· Three years: Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

On successful completion of 3 years of study, student can exit the program with BCA degree

· Four years: BCA (Honours) or BCA (Honours with Research)

On successful completion of 3 years of study, student can pursue the 4th year for award of BCA(Hons) degree.

Students who secure 75% marks and above in the first six semesters and wish to undertake research at the undergraduate level can choose a research stream in the fourth year. On successful completion, the student will be awarded BCA (Honours with Research)

Re -entry Criteria: Student who have exited after 3 years can re -enter the 4th year of the BCA programme within 3 years.

Maximum duration: The maximum duration to complete the programme is 7years
